3. Commissions Terms & Conditions

1. General1.1. Cachito works on commission, not for exhibition or credit.1.2. Cachito reserves the right to decline any commission if the content is not comfortable to do.1.3. Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed (there will be an extra cost).1.4. Cachito does not allow NFTs, AI, or reselling of his work.2. Payment2.1. Payment is made in advance (100%) or 50/50 if it is a very large order.2.2. Payments only by Paypal.2.3. There are no refunds once the work has started, unless Cachito must cancel it for any reason.3. Delivery3.1 Cachito will deliver the final file in .PNG format (or the file of your choice)3.2 Cachito will not deliver an editable file unless paid for separately.3.3 The finished work will be sent via gmail.4. Take into account4.1 Cachito reserves the right to reject a commission at any time if the client displays an uncomfortable attitude toward him (disrespectful, flirtatious, harassing), depending on the progress of the job, a refund may or may not be issued.4.2 The client can make suggestions for changes while the drawing is still in the sketch stage.4.3 Cachito may take his time completing commissions for mental health reasons.
